Medical Update #2

Knees are almost back to normal.  I think I'll be taking the rest of August off from hiking and I'll get back on the wagon in September.

Medical Update

My knees were pretty sore after the Mount Lafayette hike, I probably should have taken a few weeks off to recover, but I went and did Mount Jackson and Webster anyway.  Mistake.  I went to the Doc today, he gave me some meds to help my knees and told me not to hike for two weeks and even not to walk my four mile exercise walk every day.  I guess I over did it.  Lesson learned.
